Here at Maison De L'Orb we run a series of events throughout the year which residents and local people living in the area can enjoy.
Wednesday 23 June
Our monthly book club event - along with the customary drinks and nibbles. Our book club is currently full, however if you would like to join please let me know. The club is usually held in our garden in the evening apart from the winter months when we hibernate in our guest lounge area.
Saturday 3/4 July
Creative writing weekend - NOW FULLY BOOKED. This will be our third creative weekend and a chance for people to explore their creative side, be it music, writing, dance or music. We have guest speakers from London and the Beziers region joining us. We are hoping to have our fourth event sometime in the autumn.
Bastille Day
THE event of any French calendar. We have a prime location here at Maison De L'Orb with Pont Vieux in front of our garden being the centre point for celebrations and fireworks. Open house barbecue and drinks.
Feria
Beziers is not Beziers without the annual three day Feria event in August. We will be holding an open barbecue in our garden during the Feria week for guests and friends.
Liberation Day
Every August Beziers celebrates the liberation of their city. Another chance to join us for drinks and nibbles in the evening.
Holistic September
During September we will be offering a holistic weekend featuring several guest speakers and therapists. This will be a full package which will include readings, treatments, food and board. We are currently arranging dates.
Christmas/New Year 2010
We are now taking bookings for the festive period and will include good home cooked food, drinks, music and dancing, a themed decorated house and gifts! Both packages will be full board. Details shortly.
