Despite using the traditional red lettering which indicates a sale, this is not just another fantastic wallet sensitive offer. This is an invitation to enjoy autumn sunshine and blue skies, fabulous cafes and bars, the calming laid back atmosphere of Beziers and the rolling countryside not too faraway, a lush and fantastic breakfast, comfortable beds and decent hospitality.

Our kitchen is now open in the evening offering a tempting four course dinner with the all important ‘rouge” and a sample menu can be mailed to you straightaway.

Of course, there is the financial bargain too.

The More IS Less package represents a saving on our usual tariff on four of our lovely suites (rooms 2-5 where there is availability). ALL rooms offer white washed walls, original tile flooring, fresh flowers, toiletries, a hospitality tray, free WI-FI (for the business person on the go or for those who wish to update their face book status, we can supply access codes upon arrival), plasma TV and all rooms are en-suite. Even better it includes weekends (we know the Ryanair flight schedules off by heart).

More IS Less includes breakfast each morning and is priced at €40, 00 per night per room based on two people sharing staying a minimum of two nights. Dinner (optional) is priced at €25, 00 per person. We can recommend some excellent eateries nearby if one wishes to sample the local cuisine. The offer is for October and November (where there is availability)

Bedroom 5.

Another excellent sized double bedroom with soft mattress  and space enough for an additional bed. The room has white washed walls and original black floor tiles. The room does not have views of the garden and is at the back of the house but does benefit from a private terrace with table and chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. Although the views are really of the sky, (and not the garden or River Orb) the terrace does get hot. The room also has a good sized en-suite shower room.

ALL rooms have English and Continental plug sockets, plasma televisions with channels from France and Spain, a hospitality tray with real coffee, biscuits and real milk in a flask, water jug and glasses, fresh flowers, free wifi in all rooms (an access code can be given upon arrival), fresh linen, cotton drapes, towels and complimentary toiletries. A welcome pack is also in each room detailing whats on in Beziers, recommendations, maps etc.

Bedroom 4.

One recent guest described this room as Moroccan. A good size double bedroom with room for an additional bed if needed. The bed does have a with soft mattress.  Views are restricted here hence the price but a good location at the end of the house, quiet with an excellent wet room style shower room.

Bedroom 3.

I call this, the green bedroom. A good size double bedroom with a hard mattress, white washed walls and original red floor tiles with views to the garden and neighbouring homes. The room has a good size en-suite shower room.

A good size double bedroom with a double size bed with a hard mattress, white washed walls and original red floor tiles, again with views to the garden and Pont Vieux The bathroom has a small en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 1.

Our deluxe family bedroom with a double queen size bed with a hard mattress and an additional single bed (softer mattress) for an extra guest. The room with white washed walls and original red floor tiles overlooks the garden and Pont Vieux and makes a spectacular base when visiting Beziers. The bathroom has a luxury new shower and bath.
